By accessing and using the Cobol Academy training platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Enrollment and Payment:

1.1. To enroll in a course, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

1.2. Course fees are clearly stated on the course pages. Payment must be made in full before accessing course materials.

2. Delivery of Courses:

2.1. Courses are delivered through remote learning platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate.

2.2. Alternatively, courses may be delivered in Cobol Academy training classrooms or at the offices of the client. Specific arrangements for in-person training will be communicated to participants in advance.

2.3. Cobol Academy reserves the right to modify course schedules, delivery methods, or venues. Any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

3.1. Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 15 working days before the course start date to receive a full refund.

3.2. Cancellations made within 10 working days of the course start date are eligible for a partial refund, subject to the discretion of Cobol Academy.

3.3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property:

4.1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, and documents, are the intellectual property of Cobol Academy.

4.2. Participants are granted access to course materials for personal use only and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written consent from Cobol Academy.

5. Code of Conduct:

5.1. Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive learning environment.

5.2. Violation of the code of conduct may result in the termination of a participant’s enrollment without a refund.

6. Privacy:

6.1. The collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the terms outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

7.1. Cobol Academy reserves the right to update and modify these Terms & Conditions. Any changes will be posted on this page, and users will be notified of significant updates.
